I'm Impressed!The boots I ordered are exactly the same as what i saw in the pictures. Quality is topnotch.
Placed an order on 14th December 2020. One pair of boots wasn't in stock until Boxing Day. Received those. Sent them back. Boots that were in stock, I still have not received. Stated that the item hasn't shipped and we're literally days away from February 2021. I've received orders from China quicker than this since I've been waiting on these boots. Thank God I paid on credit card becuase if there is any issue with this order/crediting the return in a timely fashion then I'll be contacting the CC compnay.

I send back a pair of shoes and hasn’t heard from Ego about my refund so i emailed and was welcomed with great help and the issue was sorted within a day! Great customer service!
I ordered shoes and paid for express next day delivery although unfortunately it says they will take 3 days to arrive instead of 1. The ego team were very helpful when I wanted to cancel my order and quick at replying aswell as giving me a full refund.
The shoes I ordered were PERFECT!!!! They arrived extremely quick! Ego literally has the best shoe collection with the best prices ?

The shoes are amazing!! I’ve ordered three pairs and they come very fast! The tracking number doesn’t really work but it takes about a week to a week and a half. The shoes are great quality! Exactly like the pictures. Follow me on Ig @/keturahcummings !
Really bad service. I have payed extra for fast delivery as i need the heels for this week. Didn't get a track and trace number that is has been shipped. Contacted them on facebook all they do was tell me yesterday that it will be shipped by the end of the day and i will receive an email, never got it at the end of the day. Today is the next day so i asked them again if it has been shipped out they gave me the same answer still haven't got the email that is has been send. Really poor service, don't take the time to help you out all they do is give the same answer while you pay for that extra shipping that it will arrive in 2/3 working days. I could just get the regular shipping. Don't order here ladies. Not worth the money and not friendly at all...
